As a result of Mail Servers not responding, all mailing software have built-in timeouts. However, BuckyMail gives the user the option to disable timeouts. If the program freezes up as a result, you should re-activate timeouts. You can do it like so:
Step 1: On the menu bar, choose Tools|Options
Step 2: On the second tab names Connections, make sure the 'Timeouts' checkbox is checked
Step 3: Click 'Save'
