The following shortcuts can also be obtained when right-clicking the mouse on the message editing area from the pop-up menu that appears
CTRL + Z: Undo last action
CTRL + Y: Redo last action
CTRL + C: Copy selected object or text
CTRL + X: Cut selected object or text
CTRL + V: Paste selected object or text
The following shortcuts apply to HTML messages only
CTRL + B: Bold on / Bold off
CTRL + I: Italics on / Italics off
CTRL + U: Underline on / Underline off
CTRL + A: Select All
CTRL + N: Create a new message
CTRL + O: Open an existing message
CTRL + S: Save a message
CTRL + F: Find text in a message
SHIFT+ENTER: Creates a line break. Cursor moves to next line when typing proceeds.
ENTER: Paragraph break.
TAB: Right indent
SHIFT + TAB: Left indent
