Setting up the Sender Details
Step 1: Choose Tools|Options from the menu bar
Step 2: Choose the third tab named 'Sender Details'
Step 3: Fill in any fields you might want your recipients to see

Name:
Your name.

Email:
Your email.

Organisation:
The organisation you present.

Reply to Name:
The contact person's name you'd like recipients to respond to.

Reply to Email: The contact person's email you'd like recipients to
respond to.

Signature: Any signature you'd like to add.
Step 4: Click the 'Save' button.
Important:

Fields completed on this tab (Sender Details) have nothing to do with your
Connection Details
-
These fields including Signature are not automatically inserted into
messages but can be used as Personalized fields
