Importing from Outlook

To import all your existing data from Outlook into BuckyMail constitent with how it is set up in Outlook:

Step 1: Select Groups|Manage from the menu bar

Step 2: Select Import|Default Outlook Groups

Step 3: Select Import|Distribution Lists as Groups

Your groups will now be consitent with the groups you set up in Outlook. You distribution lists have been imported as groups.

Note: You can import from Outlook as many times as want. Existing data in BuckyMail will not be overwritten, nor will duplicate recipients be created.
BuckyMail Version 2 will keep your BuckyMail and Outlook in sync by adding any new data in BuckyMail to Outlook.
