From the menu bar, select Groups|Manage. You will now see a list of recipients in the database on the left-hand side of the screen and a list of recipients in the a specific group on the right hand side of the screen. The recipients displayed on the right hand side of the screen are the recipients that belong to the group selected in the Group drop-down box at the top right of the screen. If you want to Add a recipient to the group in the drop-down box, click on the recipient in the left side of the screen and click on 'Add'. This recipient will now be added to the group. To Remove a recipient from the group selected in the drop-down box, click on the Recipient in the right hand side of the screen and click on 'Remove'.
